These 1/4" thick aluminum plates all measure 8-1/4" x 11-3/4" - the exact size of the plate opening in Bench Dog's new ProTop and ProMaxRT router tables. Each plate has a different mounting-hole configuration so that virtually every router on the market will fit one of the four pre-drilled options. The most popular routers on the market have been divided into Groups, with a plate assigned to each Group. Just locate your router in one of the groups below. If it's not listed, simply custom-drill either of Bench Dog's two blank-plate options to fit your router. All plates include an insert with a 1-1/2' bit opening. Optional inserts sold separately. New larger plates equipped to handle any router!All of our Rockler (blue) and Bench Dog (black) aluminum router plates are a full 8-1/4 x 11-3/4 x 1/4 - the perfect size for any router and all of our new tables! Every heavy-duty aluminum plate includes an insert with a 1-1/2 bit opening, plate-locking bolts for our new leveling and locking system (Shown at right), and router-mounting hardware. And now, finding the right plate is easy! Just locate the Group your router belongs to (see overview) and select a table package with a plate pre-drilled for that Group. If your router is not listed, choose from the Standard (3-1/4 insert opening) or Large (3-11/16 insert opening) blank-plate options and drill custom mounting holes.
