Installs as easy as 1,2,3 ... 1) With tail stock flush with end of pipe, place EZ-Clutch diagonally on foot with handle facing down. 2) Hook bottom edge of EZ-Clutch around front of lower clutch plates. 3) Squeeze clutch plates and lift EZ-Clutch handle over the corner of the tail stock, and you're ready to go!
