By removing the Dovetail finger assembly and simply sliding on one of the three Isoloc templates, you are ready to produce some extraordinary joinery. Each template features two different joint patterns, one design carefully CNC machined on each side. A single 5/16" or 8mm straight bit, preferably an upcut spiral, does all the cutting. Joint fit is easily adjusted in increments of 0.001" with a turn of a barrel.
VGS AccuracyJoint fit is easily and precisely controlled using Leigh's patented Variable Template Guidebush System (VGS), a unique adjustable 3-piece template guidebush set that can be adjusted up or down, changing the joint fit. Rotating the barrel 1/8 of a turn adjusts joint fit by a mere one thousandth of inch!
