Log Tenons Rockler's new Tenon Maker cuts five different size tenons (5/8", 1", 1-1/2", 2", and 2-3/4" diameter in unlimited lengths) using your router and a carbide-tipped router bit. Tenons are cut by rotating the log through the wood guide. The carbide bit cuts the tenon in a matter of seconds. The Tenon Maker mounts directly to Rockler's exclusive aluminum router plate for use in the Rockler router table, or it can be mounted to any flat surface for stand-alone use out of the shop. The Tenon Maker includes the aluminum frame, your choice of one of the three wood guides, and a 1/2" shank router bit. Additional guides sold separately. Patented Tenons are cut by rotating the log through the wood guide.
